As part of our Legacy of Queens theme for this year’s ETK Leadership Weekend, we are proud to present the "Crown Her Legacy Campaign"  — a celebration of women who are living with intention, building meaningful impact, and showing up fully in service to their communities.

This campaign isn’t about beauty or pageantry. It’s about legacy — and the power of honoring women for their intentional vision, values, and leadership.

We’ve invited our global community to nominate extraordinary women across Switzerland, Europe, the United States, and the African continent who are shaping lives and shifting narratives through their work, voice, and purpose.

Out of many incredible nominations, 11 exceptional women will be selected and featured on our Wall of Queens—where you, our community, will vote for the story that resonates most. Each woman featured carries a legacy worth celebrating, but only one will be crowned the Queen of Legacy.

Once the nomination round is closed, it will be your turn to vote.

The top three finalists whose stories resonate the most with you our community will be honored — and the Queen of Legacy will be revealed at our Brunch for Thought: Legacy of Queens celebration on Saturday, September 27, 2025.

Our crowned Queen will be gifted a Legacy Experience Package, including:

• A regal custom outfit by a celebrated African designer
• Hair, makeup, and nails to honor her full radiance
• A private executive coaching session with Dr. Eleanor T. Khonje
• Recognition across ETK platforms and live celebration at the 2025 ETK Leadership Weekend
